POSITION DETAILS:
This position is responsible for the management of computer’s and print production equipment service responses and repairs within a geographical area of customer locations performed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: A high school diploma or a G.E.D is required.
  • Experience: A Minimum of six months of experience in a similar role and environment.

  • Professional: Must be a professional, which means you demonstrate strong integrity, remain calm, and are solution oriented.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
While not exhaustive, the information below will provide a snapshot of the types of things the person in this position will be responsible for.
  • Receiving and responding to dispatch requests via text message.
  • Communicating ETA to the customer and to RIMG management.
  • Performing technical troubleshooting and repairs at customer locations on electronic devices including dye sublimation printers and computer systems.
  • Diagnosing software failures and perform installations as needed.
  • Utilizing existing tracking system to accurately document in real time relevant service details.
