CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Kannact improves the quality of life of our participants while reducing the overall cost of care. Our Customer Engagement Specialists leverage technology to provide personalized motivational coaching and education in a one-to-one engagement model. Kannact continues to provide innovation and leadership in the wellness industry.    

We are looking for team oriented individuals who support and motivate others to live healthy. Our specialists work with our educators and operations team to target better health outcomes for individually assigned participants. We utilize our proprietary communication platform to deliver personalized lifestyle change. Our team works out of our Corvallis, OR HQ office to provide remote service to participants across the country.

What we require:

This position does not require a medical background, nor do we turn it down! We do require a bachelor’s degree, and work experience that relates to our success profile. Basic computer skills are necessary, and an interest in leveraging technological approaches to support personal relationships is a must.
