  • Answer incoming calls promptly and in a professional manner; transfer calls and/or take down messages as needed.   
  • Provide cut sheets on an as needed basis. 
  • Check voicemail every two hours and return all calls within four business hours. 
  • Accurately input order information; double check to ensure order matches quote.
  • Communicate with internal and external persons via email in a manner that is clear, professional, and appropriate.    
  • Place office supply and lunch orders as needed/upon request. 
  • Work in a collaborative fashion with sales team to ensure reports, customer information, and project updates are provided promptly.
  • Meet Experience and Education Requirements: You have a minimum of six months’ experience in a similar role and at least a high school diploma or equivalent.       
  • Think Critically: When something doesn’t work out as you planned, you determine whether you should devote additional time to resolving the problem or whether it would make more sense to ask for help.   
  • Stay Organized: At any given moment, you’re able to provide project status updates.

  • Able to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and use fine motor skills.
  • Able to lift, move, and hold objects of up to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Able to use heavy machinery as needed.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and have a current driver’s license OR reliable access to public transportation.
