This position provides administrative support to our small, but savvy sales team and overall processes, including administering the CRM (HubSpot) to optimize sales performance, coordinating client meetings, helping to generate and nurture leads, drafting proposals and RFP responses, administering contracts, and supporting eLearning clients and learners. This role is a full-time, remote position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Sales Support
Answer incoming sales calls and inquiries
Coordinate and schedule sales and project meetings between client/prospect and Trüpp
Monitor, assist with and conduct follow up activities related to unconverted leads and open deals
Conduct research and gather data in support of outbound sales activities
Serve as a backup to the Sales Executive when out of office
Monitor and ensure data integrity and consistency
Leverage CRM to monitor data, increase efficiencies, optimize lead conversion, shorten sales cycle, increase deals won, and accurately assess sales performance
Create, update, and maintain email templates, workflows, views, dashboards, and reports
Create, update, and maintain proposal templates
Create and send client proposals, including standard, customized, and RFP proposals
Ensure RFP responses are completed in a timely and compelling manner
Creates, reviews, and administers new and updated service agreements, contracts, and addendums
Monitors contract expirations and coordinates with Trüpp department managers to ensure updates are completed in a timely manner
eLearning Administration and Client Support
Ensures an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
Maintains eLearning invoicing board
Monitors and proactively manages client renewals and training calendars
Provides LMS learner support (e.g., password reset, player issues) and client support (e.g., facilitating customizations, new enrollments, reporting)
WHAT’S IN YOUR TOOLBOX
Proven experience in sales support and administration, including creating proposals, administering contracts, and CRM utilization
Strong proficiency using a variety of software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HubSpot
Effective communicator with prospects, clients, partners, and team members, including written and verbal communication that is friendly, professional, customer-focused, and on-brand.
