Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 salary

Great workplaces aren't the ones without problems. They're the ones that handle problems well.
Trüpp is looking for an HR Consultant to join our growing Employee Relations and Workplace Investigations practice. This role is for someone who does their best work in complicated situations: asking the right questions, staying neutral when it matters most, and producing written work that holds up under scrutiny. If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet you.
At Trüpp, we believe in harnessing the power of our collective team, valuing the diverse talents, strengths, perspectives, backgrounds, and even quirky traits of each of our employees. As a fully remote organization, Trüpp is committed to creating a remote work environment where all team members feel welcome, respected, supported, and valued.
The HR Consultant plays a lead role in serving Trüpp clients across the U.S. on employee relations and workplace investigation matters. You'll conduct impartial investigations into sensitive workplace concerns, advise client leaders through difficult employee situations, and deliver clear, well-reasoned, defensible work product. You'll also support a variety of ad hoc HR consulting projects, so no two weeks look quite the same.
Successful candidates will: remain calm, objective, and professional in tense situations; ask thoughtful questions that get to the facts; write with accuracy and precision, backing every finding with evidence; manage multiple active matters without losing track of details; handle confidential information with absolute discretion; and take genuine satisfaction in helping clients navigate hard moments well.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
