CASA is currently looking to add an FEOP Program Specialist – Withdrawals to our team.  The FEOP Specialist is responsible for processing partner withdrawals in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.  In addition to the skills and experience listed below we are looking for candidates with a passion for helping others, and a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.  You must be comfortable performing recurring tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.


The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities:
  • Review, assess and process participant withdrawals in accordance with State and Federal regulations and program policy
  • Communicate with network partners and other staff in a timely fashion
  • Work within the database Outcome Tracker to input and process withdrawal requests
  • Work with partners to provide training and technical support regarding withdrawal process
  • Create and maintain Outcome Tracker reports and queries
  • Collaborate with program staff and partners on the review and revision of existing forms and protocols for effectiveness and modernization
  • Identify modernizations and technological improvements to help move the program forward
  • Oversee the IDA Help Desk and IDA email
  • Review and process incoming supporting documentation in Outcome Tracker
  • Provides back up for other staff as needed
  • Complete other duties as assigned


The individual in this position is expected to possess the following professional traits:
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Have experience working with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Have a passion for working to improve the economic opportunities of low income people
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Have well-developed organizational skills
  • Be flexible in work schedule, including ability and willingness to work evenings and/or weekends
  • Bilingual and/or bicultural is a plus
  • Experience and familiarity working with Individual Development Accounts is a plus
CASA of Oregon is located in Sherwood, Oregon, fifteen miles southwest of Portland.  Normal office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.  Employee must be able to sit for long durations of time and be comfortable working in an open office environment. A driver’s license and access to transportation are required. Travel statewide and out of state is necessary and may require overnight stays.
