Effectively utilize and/or create new marketing tools that support growth and awareness. Provide administration support and coordinate events and travel as needed. Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing, Clinical and Operations teams and EVP to develop, refine, coordinate, and launch various sales and marketing collateral and campaigns that support Renalogic’s brand equity and growth.


  • In a timely manner, follow-established system for scoring leads and share metrics with direct supervisor on a scheduled or as needed basis.
  • Help create and administer Renalogic’s marketing strategy, lead generation and CRM system to identify prospective customers; input information into system to support strong lead generation and member activation.
  • Work collaboratively to review, plan, and execute Sales and Marketing initiatives; own all designated communication such as sending email blasts, mass mailings, flyer creating, and updating various social media platforms.
  • Administer social media/digital marketing strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Create and distribute press releases.
  • Proactively collect and analyze lead generation and marketing data using available tools; communicate and use conclusions to help shape future marketing activities.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing, Clinical and Operations teams which includes distributing mail, managing shared email box, creating letters, querying/formatting reports, and other tasks as needed or as assigned.
  • Utilize common software such as MS PowerPoint and Word to create new or edit existing presentations, mass mailings, letters, and marketing collateral; electronically send or print and delivery physical copies to the correct individuals in a timely manner.
  • Own all event planning and travel plans and coordination; resolve challenges as they arise.

Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Must possess at least an undergraduate degree in a related field.
  • Must have at least three years’ experience in a similar role preferably within the same field.
  • Ability to effectively track multiple projects and manage workflows and processes.
  • Ability to learn, comprehend, and utilize information about the company in a way that supports revenue generating activities.
  • Ability to write and speak in a manner that is persuasive, clear, and professional; do so in one-on-one settings, small group settings, and large group settings.
  • Ability to conduct research and utilize information gained to capitalize on new revenue generating activities.
  • Strong working knowledge of common office software such as MS Office, Visio, and CRM platforms; ability to learn new software quickly.
