Trüpp is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role is a part-time, remote (or on-site) position that offers flexible hours and scheduling with approximately 15-25 hours per week.
 
Unlike many sales positions, this role does not rely on cold calling, canned scripts, or a mindless routine of follow up activities. Instead, you will be having engaging conversations with companies that have reached out to Trüpp to learn more about our products and services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Follow up with incoming leads in a timely and professional manner, including via email and phone communications.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate prospect, client, and business opportunity data in the CRM system.
  • Monitor status of leads and business opportunities, including tracking performance metrics.
  • Prepare professional and compelling proposals that accurately reflect our service offering and the Trüpp brand.
  • Identify and reach out to potential prospects that align with Trüpp’s target market and audience—including coordinating with Marketing on campaigns, networking activities, and reaching out through social media, email, and phone.
  • Maintain contact with clients throughout the process to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing team members.
  • Create and manage service agreements and contracts with clients.
  • Maintain a current and thorough understanding of Trüpp’s service/product offering.
