  • Annual salary up to $45,000 depending on experience.

The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related duties:
  • Receive and respond to repair tickets via our in-house ticketing system.
  • ​Determine ETA, communicate this to the customer, ensure that arrive within that time window. 
  • Troubleshoot the technical problem either performing a software or hardware fix.
  • Maintain on hand trunk stock parts and supplies; placing resupply orders in a timely manner.
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

To be successful, the individual must:
  • Manage and maintain a set geographical territory which includes building relationships with customers in that territory and driving to different locations. As such, the individual must have a clean driving record, access to reliable transportation, and current insurance.
  • Demonstrate the skills and experience needed to fulfill this role.  At a minimum, the individual filling this role must be fluent in English, have one year of relevant experience, and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Communicate potentially complex information in a clear and professional manner both over the phone, in person, and in ‘writing.’
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and professional integrity.
  • Do their best to anticipate potential problems or challenges and work proactively to resolve the problem and/or overcome the challenge.   
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, vendors, customers, and management team members.
  • Use company resources for business related purposes and make effective use of work time.
  • Utilize phone, tablets, laptops, and other equipment to fulfill the needs of the position.

  • Recognize, interpret, and respond to variety of sounds and sustain concentration; focus in a busy and sometimes loud environment.  
  • Use full range of motion to and utilize fine motor skills; pick up, carry, hold, and deliver items of up to 50 pounds without assistance on a regular basis.
  • Use direct, peripheral, near, and far vision; sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Drive for prolonged periods of time.
