The Leave Administration Coordinator position at Trüpp plays a key role in administering employee leaves for our clients located throughout the U.S. The Leave Administration Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to our team of Leave Administration Specialists, ensuring efficient and effective management of employee leave processes.

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00.


WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Provide administrative support to the Leave Administration Team
  • Utilize leave of absence tracking system to verify employee information, assign leaves to the appropriate Leave Administration Specialist and keep information current for client visibility.
  • Partners with Leave Administration Specialists through the onboarding process of new clients to create leave documentation that is compliance with all federal, state & local leave laws.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for maintaining leave client files, to include updated forms, templates and short term disability information.
  • Monitors internal ticketing system to assign client correspondence to the appropriate Leave Administration Specialist.
  • Assist clients in completion of short term disability claims, act as employer representative to complete required information and submits claims directly to insurance carrier.

WHAT’S GOT YOU HERE
  • One years’ experience in HR, leave administration, benefit administration or related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration highly preferred.
  • Requires strong proficiency in the use of a variety of software including Excel, Word, Outlook, customer service ticketing systems, and HR and leave administration systems.
  • Sufficient working conditions, including high-speed internet and an environment where phone calls and virtual meetings can occur without interruption required.
