We’re looking for a Leave Administration Specialist who is detail-oriented, empathetic, self-directed, and experienced in handling various types of employee leaves. As part of our Leave Administration team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting employees and clients nationwide, ensuring compliance and an outstanding leave experience.


WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Serve as a primary client contact for leave-related questions and coordination.
  • Manage and process a variety of leave types, including FMLA, ADA, personal, and other state-mandated leaves.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Use internal tracking systems to manage and document leave status and communication.
  • Support the onboarding of new leave clients and ongoing client service needs.

WHAT’S IN YOUR TOOLBOX
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other leave laws.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Two years’ work experience in leave administration. 
  • Experience in a leave administration role, preferably within a multi-state environment.
  • Experience with customer service ticketing systems and leave administration software.
  • A professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet and minimal interruptions.
