Trupp HR - HR Consultant (Remote/Full-Time)
Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 salary

The HR Consultant position at Trüpp plays a key role by serving as a dedicated HR partner for assigned clients in an outsourced HR model, applying expertise to client employee relations issues and workplace investigations.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all HR-related questions, concerns, and challenges for all assigned clients, including workplace conflict, employee relations and initiating workplace investigations.
- Workplace investigations: conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conflict resolution: serve as a mediator to address and resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and disputes promptly and effectively.
- Policy implementation: ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures, and assist in the development and revision of employee handbooks and related documents.
- Legal compliance: stay current on employment laws and regulations, advising clients on compliance matters, when needed to mitigate legal risks.
- Identify patterns that may be contributing to employee disengagement and recommend improvements to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Establish cooperative and supportive relationships with clients, including providing sound advice and guidance when needed, and parterning with other internal team members, as needed.
- Collaboratively work with clients to ensure Trüpp HR’s tools and services are effectively utilized and understood.
- Support Trüpp team members as needed with, among other things, consulting work as well as other project-related activities and responding to client needs.
- Work remotely utilizing video conferencing tools to communicate with clients and Trüpp team members.

- Thorough understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to proactively seek out relevant information to ensure recommendations to clients are in line with Company HR philosophies and approaches, based on best practices, and meet legal requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Treat confidential information gained through employment with Trüpp HR with sensitivity and tact.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and clear and concise writing when preparing investigation summary reports, client communications, and other work.
- Utilize active listening skills with colleagues and clients to mitigate conflict and improve operational efficiency.
- Organize and prioritize own work in a setting with frequent and rapid priority and assignments changes and additions coming from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively adapt to changes in priorities, deadlines, policies, or practices, whether the change is at Trüpp HR or with clients.
- Behave in a manner that supports Trupp HR’s core values and represents the company in the best possible light.
- Exemplify professionalism and a sincere concern for contributing to the success of our clients.
- Communicate with clients and internal team members in a friendly, professional, customer-focused, and resolution-oriented manner.
- Ability to travel within the United States up to 20% of the time.
WHAT GOT YOU HERE
- Five years' experience in Human Resources with a minimum three years’ specializing in employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PHR or licensed private investigator or other higher-level HR-related credentials strongly preferred.
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English speaking and writing skills preferred.
- Demonstrated expert working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and advanced working knowledge in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based project management software.
